Hydroamination

The hydroamination is a reaction in organic chemistry.

This produces by formal addition of an amine to a carbon- carbon double bond substibuierte higher amines. By replacing the alkene by an alkyne, from the reaction produced an imine.

Closely related to the hydroamination is the hydrohydrazination. In this case, hydrazones are formed from the addition of hydrazine to an alkyne.

Such reactions are often carried out by catalysis with transition metals. In return, especially the early transition metals of the titanium group have shown to be suitable.
