Hylte Municipality

Hylte is a municipality (in Swedish kommun ) in the Swedish province of Halland County and the historic provinces of Halland and Småland. The main town of the municipality is Hyltebruk.

History

The first church named Hylte in 1952 as the that have been made by the municipality reform merger of five parishes ( socks ) the greater community was Hylte. At the same time large communities Unnaryd in Jönköping County, the rural community Torup were formed in Halland County. These three communities were finally merged in 1974 to expand parts of the community Ljungby and Halland County slammed.
