Ian Martin (UN official)

Ian Martin is a British human rights activist who was active in various organizations.

Functions

From 1986 to 1992, Martin was Secretary General of Amnesty International. 1993 and from 1994 to 1995, he took over the post of Deputy Executive Director of the international UN / OAS Civilian Mission in Haiti. 1995 and 1996, Martin was head of the UN human rights field operation in Rwanda.
