Ian Vougioukas

Ian Vougioukas (Greek Ίαν Βουγιούκας, born May 31, 1985 in London, England) is a Greek professional basketball player.

Career

Ian Vougioukas began his career in Athens in the youth teams of Aris Glyfada, before he moved to the Saint Louis University in the United States, where he played for the Saint Louis Billikens. In 2007 he returned to Greece and signed a three -year contract with Olympiakos Piraeus, where he played only in the 2008 /2009 season. Between 2010 and 2012 he was the top club Panathinaikos Athens under contract where he could ever win a championship, a trophy victory and the ULEB Euro League.

National

Vougioukas went through all the youth national teams of Greece and is a member of Mr. selection since 2009. His greatest achievements include the U21 World Championship runner-up in 2005 and third place at the U19 World Cup 2003.
