IAPWS

The International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam ( IAPWS, formerly IAPS ) is an international federation of 12 national organizations that have dedicated themselves to the study of the properties of water. Central to this, the thermodynamic properties are available at high temperatures. The association is divided into four working groups, and is the organizer of the " International Conference on the Properties of Water and Steam ", which is organized every four years at different locations. In 2004, this was the 14th Conference of the place of meeting Kyoto, and in 2008, the 15th Conference in Berlin.
