IAR Systems

IAR Systems Aktiebolaget is a Swedish software company, the development tools for embedded systems ( embedded systems engl. ) develops and markets. Customers can be found in the telecommunications industry, industrial automation and automotive industries.

The company was founded in 1983 and 2005, part of the Intoi AB, the former Nocom Group, which in turn was renamed IAR Systems Group after restructuring of investments in 2011. From 2000 to 2005, IAR Systems was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. IAR Systems has offices in the U.S., China, Japan, Germany, England, Sweden and Brazil.
