Ibias (river)

The Ibias is a right- eastern tributary of the Rio Navia in northwestern Spain. It flows through the autonomous communities of Asturias and Galicia.

Geography

The Ibias rises in the south-west of Asturias in the Cantabrian Mountains. Its source is located approximately 1600 meters above sea level in the southeast of the municipality of Ibias. After it has passed through the village Marentes, he reached the Galician province of Lugo, where it flows shortly thereafter in the Navia.
