Ibrahim Mahlab

Ibrahim Mahlab (Arabic إبراهيم محلب; * 1949 ) is an Egyptian engineer and politician. On February 25, 2014 he was asked to form a national government and therefore nominated for the office of prime minister.

Mahlab graduated in 1972 from Cairo University in Civil Engineering. Since 2013 Mahlab was in the government of Hashim al - Beblawi the Minister of Housing. Politically he was a member of the Supreme Council for the policy once the existing National Democratic Party.
