The Mount Sinai School of Medicine is a private, state-recognized university in New York City with an emphasis on human medicine and biology, and part of the Mount Sinai Medical Center.

History

The Mount Sinai School of Medicine was founded on 28 June 1963, the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York. The associated hospital existed since 1852. The first students began their studies in 1968.

Study
