Ice hockey at the 1990 Asian Winter Games
The Hockey competition of the Second Asian Winter Games was held from March 14, 1990 in Sapporo, Japan on 9. Besides the host nation Japan took three more countries - the People's Republic of China, South Korea and North Korea - the competition. The gold medal secured the People's Republic of China, which won the tournament without defeat with only a draw against North Korea.

Each of the four teams played once against every other team. The team with the most points won the gold medal.
