Idli

Idli ( Kannada: ಇಡ್ಲಿ; Malayalam: ഇഡ്ഡലി; Tamil: இட்லி; Telugu: ఇడ్లీ ) is a classic dish of South Indian and Tamil cuisine. With Idli is steamed, half-round lenses rice cakes.

Idli are often eaten as a breakfast, often served with chutney and sambar.
