IEEE 854-1987

The IEEE 854 (ANSI / IEEE Std 854-1987 ) defines standard representations for basis- independent floating-point numbers in computers and lay down detailed procedures for performing mathematical operations, in particular for curves, fixed. As a base one of the two values ​​2 or 10 is allowed.
