If I Had Known I Was a Genius is an American comedy film from the year 2007. Directed by Dominique Wirtschafter, the screenplay was written by Markus Redmond.

Action

The African American Michael is considered a genius. His family does not help him to expand the intellectual horizons. His mother thinks it not at first, when she hears of his teachers that Michael was a talent. Michael's sister Teresa focuses on the rearing of her illegitimate child. Michael goes to a private school, where he met Stephanie. The teacher Gloria confirmed that he has a talent.
