Ignjac Krešić

Ignjac Krešić (* October 19, 1966 ) is a former Croatian football player and football coach.

Career

Krešić played at SG Croatia Frankfurt, FSV Frankfurt, Frankfurt Italia, Viktoria Aschaffenburg and SV Darmstadt 98 Between 1999 and 2006 he was a goalkeeper for Dynamo Dresden, his greatest sporting achievement was the advancement of Dresden in the Second Division, where he 42 Games completed. In the season 2006/ 07 he moved as a substitute goalkeeper to Kickers Offenbach, was there not, however, be used. At the end of this season Krešić initially ended his active career, hired in September 2007, however, in the Oberliga Hessen at Bayern Alzenau, where he ended his active career finally after half a year.

He served as head coach at Rot-Weiss Frankfurt from May 2009 to September 2011, he left the club at his own request. Krešić returned to his many years the home of Dresden and trained since March 2011 the SC Borea Dresden. After Borea retired from the game in September 2011, he took over the third team of his former club Dynamo Dresden.
