Igor Demo

Igor Demo ( born September 18, 1975 in Nitra ) is a former Slovak football player.

Playing career

The midfielder played in Slovakia for FC Nitra and Slovan Bratislava before moving to PSV Eindhoven in 1998. In 1999, he then went to Borussia Mönchengladbach, where he played for six years. In 2005 it undertook the Grazer AK. However, the demo could GAK due to injuries not properly take root and on 5 January 2006, the collaboration was ended by mutual agreement. After demo had his contract solved with the Grazer AK, he played until the end of the season 2005/2006 again for his hometown club FC Nitra in the Slovak first division and then ended his playing career.

Demo played 24 games for the Slovak national team.

Career as a sports official

Igor Demo since the beginning of the season 2007/2008 as one of the athletic director ( " športový MANAŽER " ) at FC Nitra active.
