Igor Jurjewitsch Polygalow (Russian Игорь Юрьевич Полыгалов; * 21 October 1986 in the Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who stands since 2008 Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.
Igor Polygalow began his career as a hockey player in the junior department of Molot - Prikamye Perm, for the first team he 04 for two years from 2003 to 2006, initially in the Wysschaja league and after the rise as second division champions in the season 2003 / in the Super League active. While he prevail in his first two seasons with Molot - Prikamye played for the second team in the third-class Perwaja league, he was in season 2005/06, a regular in the first team Molot - Prikamye. This season, the attacker had his team suffered relegation to the second division, after which he spent at Severstal Cherepovets in the Super League the following two years.
For the 2008/09 season signed Polygalow a contract with Spartak Moscow HK, for which he, however, then only five games played in the Kontinental Hockey League newly founded, where he remained point and impunity. Then he moved within the KHL to Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, for which he has since been in the KHL on the ice.
