Ikast is a Danish town in the center of the Region Midtjylland in Jutland. It is situated about twelve kilometers east of the city Herning and counts 15,129 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013).

Sports

The Ikast FS is one of the most famous football clubs in Denmark. The Blue - Yellow rose in 1979 for the first time on in the first Danish league.
