Ike & Tina Turner

Ike & Tina Turner was in the 1960s and early 1970s, a musical duo consisting of Ike Turner and Tina Turner. They played mostly rock and roll, blues, funk and soul and toured with her ​​band almost continuously until 1975.

They were nominated three times for a Grammy Award, with her cover version of Proud Mary, they won in 1971 for Best R & B Vocal Performance by a Group category. 1991, 15 years after the separation, the duo was immortalized in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
