Ikko Nakatsuka

Ikko Nakatsuka (Japanese中 冢 一 宏, Nakatsuka Ikko; born April 4, 1965 in the Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party ( ex- Ozawa group). He was until 2012 a deputy in Shūgiin, the National House of Commons, for the 12th constituency Kanagawa and cabinet minister Noda.

Nakatsuka, a graduate of the engineering department of Kyoto University, after graduating worked as a private secretary for the deputies from Aichi and former Minister Hyosuke Niwa ( Liberal Democratic Party), later. In the Democratic victory in the 2009 election Shūgiin Nakatsuka recovered the constituency. In 2011 he became Secretary of State ( Fukudaijin ) in the Cabinet Office, where he received, among other things, the responsibility for the financial authority ( Kin'yū -chō ) under the party leader / Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda.
