Ikko Nakatsuka
Ikko Nakatsuka (Japanese中 冢 一 宏, Nakatsuka Ikko; born April 4, 1965 in the Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture) is a Japanese politician of the Democratic Party ( ex- Ozawa group). He was until 2012 a deputy in Shūgiin, the National House of Commons, for the 12th constituency Kanagawa and cabinet minister Noda.
Nakatsuka, a graduate of the engineering department of Kyoto University, after graduating worked as a private secretary for the deputies from Aichi and former Minister Hyosuke Niwa ( Liberal Democratic Party), later. Deputies as Secretary Yukio Hoshino, deputy from Niigata How Hoshino followed Nakatsuka Ichirō Ozawa 1993 from the Liberal Democratic Party in the renewal, in 1994 in the New Progressive Party. In the Democratic victory in the 2009 election Shūgiin Nakatsuka recovered the constituency. In 2011 he became Secretary of State ( Fukudaijin ) in the Cabinet Office, where he received, among other things, the responsibility for the financial authority ( Kin'yū -chō ) under the party leader / Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda. In Noda's third cabinet reshuffle in October 2012 Nakatsuka " new community " became the Minister for Special Affairs in the Cabinet Office for the financial sector, ( Atarashii Kogyo: The involvement of the private sector and civil society in so far mainly public duties ), declining birth rates and gender equality appointed to the Cabinet.
In 2012 Shūgiin election he lost his constituency again, now on the LDP newcomer Tsuyoshi Hoshino, and still ended up behind Tomoko Abe ( Mirai no Tō ) only in third place. In block South Kantō handed it to sixth on the Democratic list is not for re-election.
