Ikwezi Local Municipality
Ikwezi is a municipality in the district of Cacadu, Eastern Cape Province in South Africa. Covering an area of 4453 km ² live 10,358 inhabitants ( 2001). The administrative center is Jansenville.
Ikwezi is a Xhosa term for morning star, it is meant that " the dawning twilight ( the sun rises ) ." The name was chosen because the church is supposed to represent the beginning of a new ( better ) era.
