Il Bellerofonte

Il Bellerofonte is an Italian-speaking baroque opera by the Czech composer Josef Mysliveček, based on the Greek legend of Bellerophon. The libretto was written by Giuseppe Bonecchi.

The first and only recording of the opera was established in 1987 under Zoltán Peskó with the Czech Philharmonic Choir and the Prague Chamber Orchestra recorded (available on Supraphon, three DDD - CD, 172 min, 21 sec ).
