Ildikó Bánsági

Ildikó Bansagi (* October 19, 1947 in Budapest) is a Hungarian actress.

Life and work

Even before the completion of their studies at the Theatre and Film Academy Ildikó Bansagi first stood in front of the camera. In the 1970s in her native Hungary already a star, she was known in 1981 to an international audience István Szabó's Mephisto mainly by. In 1988, she is in Hanussen again - as Betty - partner Klaus Maria Brandauer. Szabó gave her 1991, the role of Jana in Meeting Venus. Other international roles they had in Szabó, among others in the omnibus film Ten Minutes Older ( 2002).
