The Ile aux Cerfs [ il o sɛʁ ] ( literally means " deer island " ) is a small island east of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean. It is situated near the coast village of Trou d' Eau Douce and belongs to the district of Flacq.

The island is uninhabited and reach of the main island of Mauritius only by boat. The Ile aux Cerfs is very popular with tourists as a seaside resort. On the island there is also a golf course that has been designed by German Bernhard Langer.
