The Ile aux Cocos is a small uninhabited island in the Indian Ocean. It belongs to the African Republic of Mauritius. It has a stretched (1.5 km) and narrow ( a maximum of 154 meters wide).

The island is one of the many small neighboring islands of Rodrigues, from which it is about 4.2 km away. The Ile aux Cocos is now a nature reserve, where terns as the Schlankschnabelnoddi and Tern are native. Around the uninhabited island coral reefs exist.
