Ilesha is a town in the Nigerian state of Osun and is located in southwestern Nigeria. According to an estimate from 2007, it has 305 480 inhabitants. In the agglomeration Ileshas approximately 647,500 people live.

Ilesha was the center of an ancient kingdom, which was founded in 1500 and next to Ilesha some smaller cities included. The King of Ilesha entitled Owa Obokun.
