The Ilfishalle in Langnau im Emmental, Switzerland was won in 1975, the year when the Langauer the championship so far the only time completed. It serves the Hockey Club SCL Tigers as a venue, which was the second smallest ice rink of all NLA clubs with a total of 6500 seats. It owes its name to the stadium nearby river Ilfis.

History

Today's Ilfishalle emerged from the ice rink Langnau, which was built in 1959. In 1975, the stadium was covered.

In 2012, the Ilfishalle has been extensively renovated. Here, the capacity of 6,300 was reduced to 6,050 spectators. Overall, this construction project cost more than 33 million Swiss francs.

Audience

The SCL Tigers are deeply rooted in the population of the Emmental. The average attendance is moving at around 5,000 spectators per game.
