IliaÈ™ Alexandru

Ilias Alexandru (also:. Iliad III) was the son of Moldavian prince Alexandru Ilias.

Ilias Alexandru prevailed even in the Danube principality between May 21, 1666 to November 8, 1668th Unlike many of his predecessors, he was regarded as a humble and good-natured man who attacked often like DISTRESSED under the arms. He is said repeatedly the debts of others have been paid from his private purse. Ironically, in his reign falls the unpopular increase in the tribute to the Sublime Porte to annual 25,000 lei.

Ilias Alexandru was the pressure of the pretender to the throne Gheorghe Duca not long withstand and went into exile in Istanbul, where he died.
