IliaÈ™ of Moldavia

Ilias I, also Ilie ( * before 1432; † after 1442 ) was a son from the marriage of Vlachs Alexander Aldea with a Moldavian named Ana or Neasca. He reigned from 1 January 1432 to November 1433 as the Prince of the Principality of Moldavia.

Iliad, the area was the occasion of his oath of Jagiello in 1433 initially been awarded to Sepenik. In May 1443, he was with the support of Hunyady, later regent of Hungary, the territory of his brother, captured it and let Iliad blinded by Turkish and Byzantine habit.
