Ilya Antonov (Russian Илья Антонов; born December 5, 1992, Tallinn) is an Estonian football player of Russian origin, which is at FC Levadia Tallinn in the Estonian Meistriliiga under contract.

Career

Association

Ilya Antonov began his football career at JK Merkuur of Tartu in the same county. From there, he came in 2006 to the Estonian capital club FC Puuma is regarded as training club for young talents in Estonia. In the years 2008, 2009 and 2010, the midfielder was awarded respectively. During a loan to Kiviõli Tamme Auto, he made ​​his professional debut in the Esiliiga. After the 2009 season, and another half of the season with the club in 2010 from Kiviõli Antonov returned in the summer of 2010 back to FC Puuma. After 57 competitive games and 24 goals scored in the league Antonov moved to FC Levadia Tallinn. There he won the Estonian Cup in his first season. National

Ilya Antonov plays since September 2012 in Estonia U -21 for which he made ​​his debut in the game against Georgia. Further deployments followed in the Baltic Cup U-21 Juniors for which he was invited by Frank Bernhardt. In the tournament against Finland Antonov was able to achieve his first goal in the national jersey. In the same year Antonov came under coach Tarmo Rüütli to debut in the Estonian national team.
