Ilysiakos B.C.

Ilisiakos Athens (Greek Ηλυσιακός ) is a Greek basketball team from Athens. The club currently plays in the Greek A1 League, the top league in the country.

History

As part of the United Association founded in 1927 Ilisiakos offer the Athenians since 1969 also a basketball department. Although the club has since rarely played in the Upper House, he always brought out the talent in the Greek national team had supporting roles. The most popular are in addition to Europe and Vice World Champion Antonio Fotsis, Efstratios Perperoglou and the U20 European Champion Georgios Bogris and Leonidas Kasselakis.
