ImageSXM

Image SXM is an analysis software for raw data of many atomic force and scanning tunneling microscopes by Steve Barrett of the University of Liverpool for Apple operating systems. It is based on the public domain, open source image analysis software NIH Image ( precursor of ImageJ ), which is developed in Pascal since the early 1990s, but is itself distributed as freeware, without the source code is available.
