Imerio Massignan

Imerio Massignan ( born January 2, 1937 in Altavilla Vicentina ) is an Italian former racing cyclist.

Imerio Massignan was a professional cyclist from 1959 to 1971 and profiled in these years, especially as an excellent climber. Already in his first professional year, he was second in the mountains classification of the Giro d' Italia and fifth in the overall standings. Overall, he started ten times in the Giro, he five times finished in the top ten: In 1960, he finished fourth in 1962 ranked second in 1963 ranked seventh and ninth in 1965. In 1960 he was again second in the mountains classification and 1961 third.
