Imperial College Union

Imperial College Union is the student union at Imperial College London. It operates student bars in the area Albertopolis and is home to many so - called " societies" (literally companies). In these students can organize with common interests, exchange and organize events and parties. The agency is located in the north wing of the Beit Quadrangle in the Prince Consort Road.

Organization

The representation is organized democratically. In elections, a number of representatives is determined that sit in so-called " Union committees". These funds manage and represent the student body both inside and outside the university. Currently, the union has about 15,000 members.
