Imre Peterdi

Peterdi Imre (Hungarian Imre Peterdi; born May 31, 1980 in Dunaújváros ) is a Hungarian ice hockey player who is since 2011 in Dunaújvárosi Acélbikák in the Hungarian Hockey League contract.

Career

Imre Peterdi began his career as a hockey player in his youth Dunaferr SE Dunaújváros, for the first team, he was active in the Hungarian Hockey League from 1998 to 2006. During this time, the attacker twice won the national championship five times and the national cup with his team. Furthermore, the right-handed shooter was five times vice-champion with Dunaferr SE Dunaújváros. For the season 2006/ 07 the Hungarian eventually moved to their league rivals Újpesti TE, he already left after this season.

The 2007/08 season began with Peterdi Naprzód Janow, for which he in Polish Playoff Final in 16 games five scorer points, including two goals scored. He then returned in the course of the season back in his Hungarian homeland, where he was bound by his now renamed Dunaújvárosi Acélbikák former club, with which he participated in the 2008 /09 season in the newly founded MOL League. For the 2009/10 season he joined Alba Volán Székesfehérvár, for in 43 games, he scored three goals in the Austrian Hockey League and were four templates. Despite its common place, he left the team during the season and joined the Budapest Stars of the Hungarian Hockey League.

The 2010/11 season began Peterdi at Ferencvárosi TC, for which he ran aground in parallel in the MOL Liga and the Hungarian league, before he returned shortly before the end of the season to his hometown club Dunaújvárosi Acélbikák, where he spent the rest of the season in the Hungarian league.

Internationally

For Hungary Peterdi took at junior level at the U20 Junior B World Cup 1999 and the U20 Junior World Championship 2000 C partially. In the senior level, he stood in his country's squad at the B World Championships in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 as well as in A World Championship in 2009.
