Inconceivable is a Canadian comedy film from the year 2008. Directed by Mary McGuckian, who also wrote the screenplay and co-produced the film.
Action
Dr. Jackson Freeman performs in Las Vegas a clinic where he performs artificial insemination. His clients include the married Lottie Du Bose as well as the lesbian Elsa gold. Frances Chappel Church wants to have a son who would inherit her husband's property. Eight women find after a few weeks that the children born are similar and probably have the same father.
Dr. Freeman is suspected to have used in the women's own sperm. The journalist Tallulah Williams researched the history. The case is heard in court.
Background
The film was shot in Las Vegas and in London in August and September 2007. It was produced by the company New Films International. The world premiere took place on 18 June 2008 on the Italian Taormina Film Festival.
