Indoramin is an α1 -adrenergic antagonists (alpha blockers), which is used as a drug for treatment of high blood pressure ( antihypertensive ).
Effect
The effect of indoramin is based on an expansion of blood vessels.
Side effects
Among other things, it can come at the beginning of treatment with indoramin to a sharp drop in blood pressure with dizziness and headache. Orthostatic hypotension is characteristic of an alpha-blocker.
