Influence peddling
The criminality of the advantages granted in Germany is regulated in § 333 of the Criminal Code. After this one is a criminal offense to offer a public official, a particularly obligated for public service or a soldier in the German army for the service exercise an advantage for this or any third party, promises or grants.
