Ingemar Erlandsson

Ingemar Erlandsson ( born November 16, 1957) is a former Swedish football player who now works as a functionary.

Career

Erlandsson played for Malmö FF in Allsvenskan. In 1977, the defender with the club the Swedish championship and reached surprisingly in the following season the final of the European Champions Cup. However, the game was lost by a goal from Trevor Francis 0-1 against Nottingham Forest. In 1986, he won another championship with the club.

Between 1978 and 1985, Erlandsson played 69 internationals for Sweden. He participated in the 1978 World Cup, failed in Sweden in the preliminary round.

For several years Erlandsson sits on the board of MFF.
