Ingimundur Ingimundarson ( born January 29, 1980 in Reykjavík ) is an Icelandic handball player.

Ingimundur Ingimundarson was initially the Icelandic club ÍR Reykjavík, the Swiss club Winterthur Scout, the Danish club Ajax hero and the Norwegian first division side Elverum Håndball under contract. Then he played from 2008 to 2010 in the Handball - Bundesliga at GWD Minden. He then moved to the Danish first division club AaB Håndbold. In summer 2011, he joined Fram Reykjavík. For the national team Islands Ingimundarson has played 123 internationals. In summer 2012, he participated in the Olympic Games in London.
