Ingrid Hjelmseth (born 10 April 1980) is a Norwegian football player. The goalkeeper is the Norwegian club FK Stabæk under contract and played for the Norwegian national team.

Hjelmseth began her career at the club Skjetten SK. Between 1998 and 2007 she played for Trondheim -Ørn SK and won in 2000, 2001 and 2003 the Norwegian Championship and 1999, 2001 and 2002, the Norwegian Cup. In 2007, she moved to Asker FK, which was acquired by Stabæk IF before the 2009 season.
