Ingvar Svahn

Ingvar Svahn ( May 22nd, 1938 in Malmo, † 16 June 2008) was a Swedish football player. The midfielder, who aground 1961-1968 in 19 appearances for the Swedish national team, scoring two goals, denied his career in Sweden and Belgium.

Career

Svahn began playing football at Malmö FF, but moved to the youth to Kulladals FF. In the fall of 1956 he returned to Malmö FF and debuted the following year for his new club in Allsvenskan. He soon established himself as a regular in the left side of the offensive association of Skåne and played himself in the episode in the circle of the Swedish national team. On 9 August 1961, he ran in a 4-0 victory over the Finnish national team in Idrottsparken of Norrköping on the side of Rune Börjesson, Lennart Wing, Orvar Bergmark, Gösta Sandberg and Lennart Backman for the first time in the national jersey on and crowned his selection debut with the first two hits of the game.
