The northern flank of the inside black guts out from Rettenbachferner

The interior Schwarze Schneid (also inside black blade) is a 3367 m above sea level. A. high mountain in Tyrol in the Ötztal Alps on the white crest. It is located north of the Tiefenbach Kogels and east of the left Furthermore Kogels between the Rettenbachferner and Tiefenbach Glacier.

Through the mountain leads a ski tunnel that connects Rettenbach and Tiefenbachferner together. The summit can be reached from the mountain station of the black cutting path II, which is located on the northern flank of 3250 m, or on a three-hour tour of the Braunschweiger Hut.
