Institute of Democracy and Cooperation

The Institute for Democracy and Cooperation ( Russian Институт демократии и сотрудничества, Eng. Institute for Democracy and Cooperation ) is a think tank based in Moscow and offices in Paris and New York. It was founded in January 2008 with the aim to monitor the situation of human rights in the United States and other Western countries.

Head of the Paris branch is the former Duma deputy Natalija Narotschnizkaja, head of the New York branch is Andranik Migranyan.

The Institute is financed mainly by its own account by donations from Russia and is regarded by presentation of the state - Russian Russia Beyond the Headlines as close to the government.
