The intalliance AG was a joint venture between DB city traffic and üstra headquartered in Hanover. It operated from 2004 until the end of 2006 the tram and S -Bahn and a significant proportion of bus services in the Hanover region. At the company üstra and DB city traffic were involved with 40% each. Another 20% held the NORD / LB.

History

The foundation of the company had been planned since the beginning of 2001. It should synergies in the field of control centers, administration and workshops can be achieved. In addition, activities were planned across the Greater Hannover addition.

Intalliance worked as a subcontractor for üstra and DB Regio, which hold the corresponding transport concessions in the Hanover region. 1,900 people üstra AG and 285 employees of DB Regio region, Lower Saxony / Bremen, operating S-Bahn Hannover been left to the Intalliance. She was also a 100 % shareholder of the transport companies Minden- Ravensburg mountain, the Üstra travel and Wolters Bustouristik. In the context of merger control, the Federal Cartel Office approved the merger in 2003 under numerous conditions. Among other things, should be written by the end of 2006, at least 30 percent of all local rail services and by 2009 50 % of all bus traffic.

The company was incorporated in January 2004.

On 22 December 2004, the Oberlandesgericht Dusseldorf lifted the restrictions imposed by the Federal Cartel Office to conditions. In contrast, the Federal Court upheld the view of the Cartel in the last instance.

The partnership was therefore terminated again on 6 October 2006. The transport services took effect from 1 January 2007, the original operator.
