Intel Developer Forum

The Intel Developer Forum ( IDF) is a gathering of technologists to Intel products and based on Intel hardware products to discuss. The first IDF was conducted in 1997. In general, each an IDF takes place in spring and autumn.

To underline the importance of China, the IDF was held in spring 2007 in Beijing held in San Francisco. The fall event was split between San Francisco and Taipei in September or October 2007. For 2008, three IDF were planned, with, remarkably, the event in San Francisco has been postponed to August. In previous years, the event in big cities like San Francisco, Mumbai, Bangalore, Moscow, Cairo, Sao Paulo and Tokyo was held.
