Intelsat 9

PanAmSat 9 also called PAS 9 is a broadcasting satellite of the satellite operator PanAmSat. The company Sea Launch was responsible for transporting the satellite into space: On July 28, 2000 saw a Zenit rocket PanAmSat 9 of a drilling platform off into space. The satellite has a life expectancy of about 15 years.

Reception

The satellite can be received in North and South America, the Caribbean and Europe. The transfer is done in C- and Ku- band.
