Inter City Firm

The Inter City Firm (ICF ) is a hooligan group of the London football club West Ham United. She was active mainly in the seventies and eighties. Bill Gardner is widely regarded as the leader of the ICF, although this is not entirely correct, since the ICF was not a large group, it is a union of many small groups. Often, the ICF is presented as a racist or right-wing, which, according to Cass Pennant, swarthy author and formerly one of the leading persons in the ICF, is not true, however. The biggest rivalry existed with the hooligans of Millwall FC, Millwall Bushwackers. Even against the Headhunters ( Chelsea ), Red Army (Manchester United) and Yid Army (Tottenham Hotspur ), there is great rivalry.

The German director Lexi Alexander took the ICF as a model of her film Hooligans starring Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam in the lead roles. The depicted in the film, the ICF strongly modeled after fictional group called Green Street Elite ( GSE).
