Inter-Client Communication Conventions Manual
Inter- Client Communication Conventions Manual ( ICCCM ) is an open standard for the X Window System clients that want to operate on the same X server together. ICCCM was developed by the MIT X Consortium from 1988.
Versions
Version 1.0 was released in July 1989; In early 1994 followed version 2.0.
