International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth's Interior

The IAVCEI, tendered International Association of Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth 's interior is one of the seven geological associations of the IUGG. It includes the Volcanology and Chemistry of the Earth's interior.

From 1983 to 1991, the German volcanologist Hans -Ulrich Schmincke was Secretary General of IAVCEI.
