International Cloud Atlas

The International Cloud Atlas is a given out by the World Meteorological Organization Atlas of the international standardization of symbolism and methodology for the observation of clouds. In the basic features of his system on the work of the British naturalist Luke Howard (1772-1864) returning, the Atlas contains many of the typical cloud formations against which clearly can be clouds assigned to one of 27 different types of clouds, each of these cloud types is also associated with a characteristic symbol.
